We want you to be fully satisfied with your handcrafted footwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and pristine items. Please ensure boots are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the signature Solovair suspension soles.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping outer layer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your parcel at an authorized drop-off point; once our Northamptonshire warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
